Dealer Training Module

1. Introductory Call with ACC Staff

The initial kickoff call is designed to ensure a seamless setup, tailored to your dealership's specific needs and existing systems. This discussion sets the foundation for a successful partnership in the Path to Ownership program.

Key Discussion Points

  • Understanding your dealership's needs and current finance solutions.
  • Review of the Master Dealer Agreement (MDA) and program terms.
  • Identifying key dealership contacts (BDC, F&I, Funding Managers).
  • Initial review of your DMS/CRM systems for integration planning.

Next Steps and Contact

After the call, ACC will guide you through the sign-up process and system integration.

  • Phone: (267)454-6900
  • Email: info@accconsumer.com
  • Goal: Tailor the program to your specific requirements.

2. Rideshare Drivers: A New Demographic

The Path to Ownership program unlocks a large, underserved market: Gig Economy and Rideshare/TNC drivers. Traditional financing models often fail to account for their flexible income streams, which ACC addresses with specialized, inclusive solutions.

Non-Traditional Income

ACC evaluates rental history, Venmo, and other alternative payment sources for a true financial assessment.

Access to a Growing Market

Gain direct access to a rapidly expanding segment actively seeking vehicles and financing solutions.

Build Equity & Credit

The program helps drivers build vehicle equity and credit history, setting them up for future success.

Dealer Advantage and Handling

ACC's Prequalification Process ensures your dealership receives leads who are already vetted and highly motivated to purchase, streamlining your sales cycle and increasing conversion rates. Recommendation: Since this is a different demographic with unique needs, we recommend designating a point person or small team to handle rideshare leads to ensure specialized attention and the best conversion results.

3. Dealer Sign-up Process

The dealer sign-up is the first step in joining the ACC network. It involves creating your profile and initiating the document collection process.

The Onboarding Steps

  1. Complete Dealer Profile & Questionnaire:

Fill out key contact information and operational details via the secure online Dealer Portal. This information is crucial for setting up your unique Prequalification (PQR) link.

  2. Identify Key Contacts:

Designate the BDC Manager (for PQR leads), F&I Manager (for contracting/delivery), and Funding Manager (for document submission).

  3. Upload Required Documents:

Securely upload the Master Dealer Agreement (MDA), ACH Form with a voided check, and all necessary Dealer Licenses.

4. Required Documents

Documentation is divided into two primary areas: Dealership Onboarding Documents and Driver Funding Documents. All onboarding documents (MDA, ACH Form, Licenses) will be provided by ACC staff electronically.

Dealer Onboarding Documents

  • Master Dealer Agreement (MDA)
  • Dealer ACH Form + Voided Check
  • Valid State Dealer License(s)

These documents will be supplied by ACC staff for secure completion and upload via the Dealer Portal (Section 3).

Driver Funding Checklist (Per Sale)

  • Retail Installment Contract / Buyers Order
  • Driver's License / Credit Application
  • Proof of Income (Pay Stubs/W2's/Tax Returns)
  • 6 Months Rental History (if applicable)
  • Payment Authorization Form (Weekly Recurring)
  • Vehicle Monitor Acknowledgement Form

The starred items are unique to the Path to Ownership program for Gig Drivers. The full checklist is available in the dealer kit.

5. Integration with your CRM & DMS

ACC works with your team to integrate seamlessly, ensuring Prequalification Request (PQR) leads flow directly into your existing CRM system (e.g., VinSolutions, E-leads) and that your DMS is configured correctly.

PQR Form Integration

ACC's development team customizes a PreQualification Request (PQRT) form which is linked to your dealer-specific application page on the ACC website.

  • The unique link is activated upon onboarding completion.
  • Leads submitted through this form are instantly routed to your designated CRM contact email.

Example PQR URL: accconsumer.com/dealer/[your-dealercode]

DMS/Contract Review

During the Kickoff Meeting, we confirm your Dealer Management System (DMS) configuration:

  • ACC must be programmed as a lienholder.
  • ACC must be set as a weekly lender, not monthly.
  • DMS must allow a maximum of 21 days from contract date to the first payment date.

6. How a Rideshare Driver Applies

The driver application process is designed for Fast Prequalification. It is 100% online and does not impact the driver's credit score using innovative assessment criteria.

The Driver Journey

1.

Visit ACC Website Search

Driver uses the Dealer Search function on accconsumer.com/search.

2.

Select Dealership & Apply (PQR)

Once your dealership is in our system, a custom PQR application will be created linked from our search page. Driver enters personal, income (gig/W-2), and residential history.

3.

Receive Lead

The prequalified lead is immediately sent to your dealership's CRM for follow-up and vehicle sales.

Key Driver Takeaway

The entire process is non-impactful to their credit score and is tailored to validate their flexible income, making vehicle ownership attainable via the Path to Ownership program.

Dealer FAQ

Who is ACC Consumer Finance?

We are an auto finance company based in Doylestown, PA. We specialize in rideshare drivers that need to obtain financing for their livelihood. We use a unique scorecard that focuses on full time rideshare drivers.

Why should a dealer partner with ACC?

The sign-up process is easy. ACC allows dealerships to tap into the growing gig driver market, increasing sales and helping drivers transition from renting to owning vehicles.

How do I sign up with ACC?

Dealers start by completing a profile. This will allow us to set up a link for drivers to access your dealership. We use a standard dealer agreement. Your team will provide the email address to your BDC system and key personnel so we can forward leads in real time to you.

How does a gig driver find a dealership?

After your dealership has completed the sign-up process your dealership will be listed on our website. The drivers select your dealership as part of the Prequalification (PQR) process. Once the drivers start a PQR, your systems are updated in real time.

How does a gig driver enter ACC's system?

The process starts with a PQR process. The link for the process is found on our website. The driver must complete the pre-approval process to obtain an approval code. That code is used in the comments section of the RouteOne or Dealertrack application process.

How does my Dealership obtain leads from ACC?

Once the driver has completed the Prequalification (PQR) process, ACC's system will notify your BDC system with the information for the lead.

What information is included on the lead?

ACC includes the customer's full name and contact information along with the terms of the preapproval and the approval code that will be needed later.

What happens after a driver is prequalified?

The driver's information should drop into your BDC, your dealership will also receive an email notification of the completed PQR.

What if the driver wants to purchase their current rental vehicle?

ACC does not offer refinancing options at this time. We are financing new vehicles from franchise dealerships.

Are you set up with DealerTrack or Route One?

We are set up with both systems. Please see our Dealer Information Kit for details.

What about our DMS system (Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK)?

Please ensure that your system is set up to accommodate a weekly payment schedule for ACC Consumer Finance, additionally the first payment must be between 14 and 21 days from the contract date.

How does your funding work?

We use a standard funding package like the normal captives. All of our documents are available on Dealertrack or Route One. We have three unique documents that must be included with the funding package. We have a specific dealer information kit that can be accessed on our website that provides more detail.
